Position available: Customer Service

Missions and responsibilities

The incumbent is responsible for providing communications and customer service to customers of automobile dealerships. He strives to provide a customer experience that meets FMT standards.

  • Courtesy answering incoming calls
  • Lead the conversation effectively
  • Suggest or schedule an appointment for the maintenance of the client's vehicle
  • Write concise comments from customers or problems relating to their vehicle
  • Solicit inactive customers
  • Make different reminders
  • Make customer satisfaction calls
  • Effectively overcome customer objections
  • Record appointments in the various dealer computer systems
  • Occasionally make various other types of calls

Working conditions

  • 35 to 40 hours a week
  • between 8 a.m. and 8:15 p.m.
  • Day shift from 8 a.m. and 9 a.m.
  • Evening shift from 12 p.m. and 1 p.m.
  • Hourly salary based on experience which can vary from $ 16.95 to $ 20.70
