OUR HISTORY

From training to execution

Our “raison d’être” is to help car dealerships retain customers. Our very first contract was to provide sales training on the benefits of renting and how it improved customer retention. We continue to do and share what we’ve learned over the last 25-years.

  • 1994

    CREATION OF FMT

    FMT implements a training program on the operation, and benefits of operating, a car rental program.

  • 1994

    GOLD KEY RENTAL TRAINING

    FMT's first-ever contract was sales training for Chrysler Canada's Gold Key rental program for Chrysler dealers across Quebec.

  • 1996

    NISSAN CANADA

    First national training contract for Nissan Canada's Sans-Souci Rental program.

  • 1997

    VOLKSWAGEN CANADA

    Second national contract for sales, leasing and renewals with Volkswagen Canada.

  • 1998

    HONDA CANADA

    Provincial training program for sales, leasing and renewals.

  • 2000

    CALL CENTER

    Opening of our customer contact center with the main task of tracking lease terminations.

  • 2004

    PRIVATE SALES

    The second phase of FMT’s development began with our debut in private sales.

  • 2015

    LAUNCH OF KONDUCTÖ

    Our first tool, an innovative and continuous communication service for sales and service.


  • 2016

    FMT BLITZ LAUNCH

    Start of our BLITZ manufacturing program with Nissan Canada.

  • 2019

    CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTER

    Opening of our new-generation customer contact center.

  • 2020

    LAUNCH OF COPILOT PROGRAM

    Launch of the COPILOT program, a custom follow-up service for your sales and service customers.
