Our foundations are based on customer retention for car dealerships. Our very first contract was to train on the benefits of renting for customer retention. Today, we are doing what we have learned over the past 25 years.
FMT starts with the implementation of a training program on the operation and benefits of car rental.
GOLD KEY RENTAL TRAINING
FMT's first-ever contract is one for training on Chrysler Canada's Gold Key rental program. At that time, we had the responsibility to train all Chrysler dealers in Quebec.
First national training contract on Nissan Canada's rental program, Sans-Souci Rental.
Second national contract on sale, lease and renewal with Volkswagen Canada.
Provincial training program on sales, leasing and renewal.
Opening of our customer contact centre with the main function of tracking lease terminations.
